Wat kan Tai Chi voor je betekenen?
Het onderhouden van een goede balans in het lichaam én denken. Het aanleren van goede gewoontes van houding, ademen en hoeveelheid eigen inbreng en overgave.
Zo leer je jezelf kennen.
Om binnen onze begrenzingen van lichaam en karakter het beste uit onszelf te halen.

Concreet betekent dit:
Ontspannen
Beter ademen
Vrijer bewegen
Gevoel ontwikkelen
Betere concentratie


Vaak is het zo dat onze lichaamshouding te lijden heeft in ons zittend bestaan met relatief veel hoofdwerk.
Onze heupen zouden wellicht wat soepeler kunnen zijn. Schouders die opspelen. Onze gedachten die teveel bewegen.
De kunst is het om een weg te vinden om lichaam en denken op weer in balans te krijgen.

Tai Chi is een vriendelijke gezondheidsoefening die beweging als ingang heeft om hier werk van te maken en zodoende meer grip te krijgen op je eigen welbevinden.
